What to expect in a Pearson Vue Testing Center

Fast Facts: What to Expect

  • Security: As a "Select" center, we utilize enhanced security measures, including palm vein recognition and high-definition video monitoring.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. Pearson VUE policy states that late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be denied entry and will forfeit all fees.
  • ID Requirements: You must present two forms of identification. One must be a valid, physical government-issued photo ID with a signature. The second must contain your name and a signature (e.g., a credit card or student ID).

Booking: All scheduling, rescheduling, and payments are handled directly through Pearson VUE. These cannot be scheduled through the COM Testing Center.

  • Study: Pearson VUE offers practice exams and study materials to prepare for your specific exam.
  • Review: COM Testing Center policies.

For most exams, you will receive an unofficial score report immediately after finishing.

Your official results will be posted to your Pearson VUE candidate portal, typically within 24 hours. COM staff does not have access to your detailed score breakdown or transcripts.
