Important Payment Rules & Drop Schedules

Drops for non-payment take place immediately after business hours according to the following schedule:

  • Monday – Tuesday: 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday – Friday: 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 2 p.m.

Available Methods of Payment

Students can pay their tuition and fees in full using any of the official methods outlined below.

  • Pay Online (In Full): Log into your student portal to pay in full securely using a credit card.
  • Pay On Campus (In Full): Visit the Business Office in the Doyle Family Administration Building to complete your payment in person via cash, check, or credit card.
  • Pay by Phone (In Full): Call the Cashier's Office directly at 409-933-8377 to process a full payment using a debit or credit card.
  • Pay by U.S. Mail (In Full): Send a check or money order directly to the campus. Payments must be addressed exactly as follows:

  • Third-Party and Sponsor Billing: If your tuition and fees are being paid directly by an approved company or organization, please refer to the official Third-Party Billing Contract document for processing instructions.
