Have an Academic or Financial Hold?

Official transcripts cannot be released if you have an outstanding balance or incomplete administrative requirements. For questions or further assistance with transcripts, contact the Office of Admissions and Records at 409-933-8264.

Enrollment Verification & Privacy Access

If a future employer, insurance provider, or housing facility requires formal proof of your enrollment or degree completion, COM partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to securely automate these checks.

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your academic records remain confidential. To permit a parent, spouse, or other designated guardian to discuss your coursework or financial aid details with our staff, first learn how to establish formal consent within the Student Self-serve Portal.

For GED / High School Equivalency Records? College of the Mainland does not hold or distribute official GED or HiSET certificates. To get a copy of your scores, please request them directly from the Texas Education Agency (TEA).

To submit your bacterial meningitis shot record, high school transcripts, or placement test scores, you can do it instantly online. Transcript availability is withheld from students with an outstanding financial obligation or other commitment to the College until the obligation is cleared.
