Fast, secure options to send your records where they need to go.

Your academic transcript is the official record of your hard work and achievements at College of the Mainland. Whether you are transferring to a four-year university, applying for a new job, or simply keeping track of your progress, we provide several convenient options to access or send your records.

Official Transcripts: Digital, Email, or Paper Delivery

College of the Mainland partners with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to securely process and deliver all official transcript requests.

Electronic & Mail Options: You can request a secure email PDF or a traditional printed paper copy. Service fees will apply depending on your chosen delivery method.

Fast-Track Delivery via SPEEDE

SPEEDE transcripts are official documents sent electronically to partnered colleges and universities, typically within 24 hours.

  • Cost: There is no additional fee for this service.
  • Availability: Not all institutions are equipped to receive SPEEDE files. If your target institution is listed on the Transcript Request page within Student Selfserve, you may utilize this express delivery method. If it is not listed, you must place your order using the standard NSC portal link above.

Unofficial Transcripts: Free & Instant Access

If you only need to review your grades, course history, or GPA for personal reference, you can view and print an unofficial transcript for free at any time.

  • Active Students: Log into your Student Selfserve account, navigate to the "Students" section, and select "Transcript."
  • Inactive Students & Alumni (Over One Year Inactive): You can still access your Self-Serve account online.
    • Username: Enter your COM username in all lower-case letters.
    • Password: Your default password is set to your full Social Security Number, including dashes (Example: 123-45-6789).
    • Account Recovery: If you do not know your username, select the "What's My User ID/COM" tool on the login screen.
    • Login Issues: For technical assistance or login lockouts, contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk.com.edu.

Understanding Transcript Holds

The college may withhold official transcripts if a student has an outstanding financial obligation or other unresolved campus penalties. Transcript orders will not be processed or released until all active holds are fully cleared from your student record.
