CHS Admissions Process

What is the process for admissions to Collegiate High School?

School Year prior to year anticipating acceptance to Collegiate High School
- Students should take a few rigorous, advanced courses and demonstrate proficiency in courses.
- Students should maintain attendance at 90% or above in all classes.
- If in public school, students should have passed Eng 1 and Alg 1 STAAR EOC.
- Students should have tested and met the requirements of TSIA2, SAT or ACT

Spring Semester prior to year anticipating
- Students should receive and review Collegiate High School Application.
- Students need to schedule an appointment with campus counselor and discuss college readiness.
- Student and parents attend Campus's Collegiate High School/Dual Credit Parent Information Night and/or College of the Mainlands.
- Students submit CHS application and returns it completed to campus counselors by campus deadline.

May and June
- May 4, 2026
All Completed CHS Student Applications are due to Collegiate High School office by a campus counselor. - Student Interviews will begin middle of May and throughout the month of June at Collegiate High School at College of the Mainland.
- July 2026
Home campuses will receive a list of all students qualified and accepted to Collegiate High School.
