Title IX Reports

Under Texas Education Code (TEC) § 51.253(c), the Chief Executive Officer of College of the Mainland is required to submit a report concerning reports of sexual misconduct received by employees at least once each fall or spring semester to the Board of Trustees and post it publicly on the institution's website.

Annual CEO Summary Data Reports

These reports outline all reports received under TEC § 51.252, investigations conducted, and disciplinary processes in compliance with state law.

Title IX Personnel Training Resources

In compliance with 34 C.F.R. § 106.45(b)(10), College of the Mainland makes all training materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and informal resolution facilitators publicly available for review.
