All students and staff must have a valid registered permit on file. 

Navigating COM Safely and Efficiently

When parking on campus, please always verify the signage at your parking space. And remember, pedestrians always have the right of way in campus crosswalks.

  • Student Parking: Valid permits must be displayed at all times in designated student lots.
  • Faculty & Staff: Reserved areas are strictly enforced to ensure staff accessibility.
  • Visitor Parking: Dedicated spaces are available for guests; please ensure you have a temporary permit for extended stays.
  • Handicap Accessibility: Properly permitted vehicles may utilize designated ADA spaces in all lots.

Environment & Safety

  • Speed Limit: The campus-wide speed limit is 15 MPH unless otherwise posted.
  • Towing Policy: Vehicles parked in fire lanes, loading zones, or obstructing traffic are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
  • Prohibited Parking: Do not park on grass, sidewalks, or in any area not specifically marked as a parking space.
